Almost all wrought iron craftwork products, such as gate, railing, stairway, furniture, artware moulding and artistic pattern, are pieced together by several basic iron craftwork patterns: C, S, P. DH-DW16A Type Electric Pattern Bender is used to bend round steel, flat iron and square steel into various iron craftwork patterns of C, S and P with different sizes (also called as C, S, P moulding). The machine is made with semiautomation, space-time localization and return-to-zero automation, which can guarantee consistent pattern bending. Having high machining ability, the machine can bend maximum 16×16mm square steel into that with proper pattern so as to greatly reduce the labor intensity and increase the labor efficiency, hereby it is the key equipment in iron craftwork industry. In addition, there are 6 sets of dies as the machine attachments, and 9 sets of dies for selective matching.
